Chef Jay has been busy in the kitchen. Come in and try his Pork Wrapped Filet with Red Wine and Shallot Reduction. It’s a Seared 7 oz. Filet wrapped in thin pork fat (caul fat) topped with a Merlot and caramelized shallot sauce. Served with herb roasted red bliss potato. Yum!
